Biz, Spend Smart AI, veri sorumlusu olarak, bu gizlilik ve kişisel verilerin korunması politikası ile, hangi kişisel verilerinizin hangi amaçla işleneceği, işlenen verilerin kimlerle ve neden paylaşılabileceği, veri işleme yöntemimiz ve hukuki sebeplerimiz ile; işlenen verilerinize ilişkin haklarınızın neler olduğu hususunda sizleri aydınlatmayı amaçlıyoruz.
Toplanan Kişisel Verileriniz, Toplanma Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi
Herhangi bir kişisel veri depolaması yapmamaktayız. Uygulama içerisinde barındırdığımız sözleşme de bunu kullanıcılara bildirmekteyiz. Oluşabilecek herhangi adli bir durumda yetkili makama bu konuyu dile getireceğiz. Uygulama içerisinde kabul ettirdiğimiz sözleşme ile tüm yükümlülük ve sorumluluk kullanıcıya aittir.
Kişisel Verilerinizin İşlenme Amacı
Uygulama içerisinde herhangi bir kişisel veri depolamamaktayız. Bu nedenle kişisel veriler işlenmemektedir.
Toplanan Kişisel Verilerin Kimlere ve Hangi Amaçlarla Aktarılabileceği
Kişisel veri olmadığı için herhangi bir kurum veya kuruluşa aktarılmayacaktır.
Kişisel Verileri İşlenen Kişi Olarak Haklarınız
KVKK madde 11 uyarınca herkes, veri sorumlusuna başvurarak aşağıdaki haklarını kullanabilir:
- Kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
- Kişisel verileri işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
- Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
- Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
- Kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
(e) ve (f) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin,
- kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
- Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme, haklarına sahiptir.

Sizlere talepleriniz doğrultusunda hizmet sunabilmek amacıyla, sadece gerekli olan kişisel verilerinizin, işbu gizlilik ve kişisel verilerin işlenmesi politikası uyarınca işlenmesini, kabul edip etmemek hususunda tamamen özgürsünüz. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam ettiğiniz takdirde, kabul etmiş olduğunuz tarafımızca varsayılacaktır. Şayet kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen uygulamayı tüm cihazlarınızdan kaldırınız. We, as Smart Spend AI, as the data controller, aim to inform you with this privacy and personal data protection policy, about which personal data will be processed for which purposes, with whom and why the processed data may be shared, our data processing methods and legal reasons; and your rights regarding your processed data.
Collected Personal Data, Collection Method and Legal Reason
We do not store any personal data. The contract we host within the application informs users about this. In any possible legal situation, we will bring this issue to the attention of the competent authority. With the agreement we enforce within the application, all obligations and responsibilities belong to the user.
Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data
We do not store any personal data within the application. Therefore, personal data is not processed.
To Whom and For What Purposes the Collected Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Since there is no personal data, it will not be transferred to any institution or organization.
Your Rights as a Person Whose Personal Data is Processed
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone can exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:
- To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
- To request notification of the actions taken pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for the damage in case of loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
